D.C. Christopoulos Law Firm Successfully Represented Engineering Companies in French Contractual Dispute

D.C.Christopoulos Law Firm has succesfully represented two major engineering companies, speciallizing in the industry of testing & inspection, raising a claim against a listed French company for breach of contractual arrangements regarding their collaboration in raffinery insfrastructure under the provisions of French Subcontracting Law (n°75-1334).

In cooperation with our French partners, we represented our clients before the commercial Court in France (Salons de Provence), achieving a court settlement (homologation) in favor of our clients.

The case was handled by our partner Maria Vdokaki, being in charge for all the process and in constant communication between the stakeholders and parties in both jurisdictions.
