Mariella graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1989. She then practiced active advocacy in the areas of civil and commercial law as well as corporate law (Societes Anonymes, Limited Liability Companies, private Companies, Partnerships).

She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1990 and has worked as an associate of our office since 2017 and deals with civil and commercial law cases with an emphasis on company law, energy law with the possibility of handling cases in court and out of court.

She is also active in advisory counseling to corporate formations as well as to shareholders – partners and company directors in regard to their relationship with the company and between them. She deals with corporate transformations, acquisition of companies, commercial contracts of all kinds between Greek and foreign companies as well as cases of specialized forms of leases and leasing.

She appears mainly in front of the civil courts of any level of jurisdiction.
