Phishing case succesfully handled

In that spectrum, D.C.Christopoulos Law Firm has succesfully achieved the vindication of claimants against one of the biggest Greek systemic banks before the Court of Appeal of Athens, after they lost all their deposits and life savings due to a phishing attack in their bank acounts. The Court recognized the liability of the bank who failed to adapt effective security systems, thus failing to prevent the attack against their clients deposits. The Court, not only condemned the Bank to fully compensate their clients with the removed deposits, but also attributed to them further compensation due to non pecuniary loss.
